GOCCO Mesh Printing Service
This service is offered for members and non-members who want to create their own screens. GOCCO mesh can be used on its own or inside self tensioning and DIY printing frames.
Our RISO GOCCO PRO 100 Digital Screen Maker prints out your artwork using digital-based thermal technology onto screen printing mesh - eliminating the use of water, emulsion, acetates and exposure/drying time.
Members working in the studio can stretch this mesh onto our GOCCO PRO clip frames. For creating DIY frames we recommend using cardboard, tape or embroidery hoops.
Please send us your artwork as a high quality PDF file, and read the additional information for guidance on preparing your artwork. Mesh comes at a standard 32cm width can be bought in lengths priced per 10cm.
A5 = 20cm
A4 = 40cm
A3 & Small GOCCO PRO Clip Frames = 60cm
Large GOCCO PRO Clip Frames = 80cm
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES WHEN PREPARING YOUR ARTWORK:
Save artwork in CMYK or grayscale, PDF format only*
Ensure that the resolution is set between 300-600 dpi and the file is sized true to scale at 100%.
If there are multiple colours please send the layers as separate files.

*GOCCO mesh has the capability of producing different tonal qualities of image - when purchasing, you can choose ‘Screen Covered’ which will produce a halftone/photographic effect (set at default frequency 38 LPI and 37 degrees angle halftone) or ‘Grain Touch’ which will create an solid opaque look similar to traditional screen exposure and is better suited to line work or text based designs.

It is your responsibility to check your design before sending it to us, and Print Clan accept no responsibility for printing incorrect artwork. If you need help preparing your artwork you can use our artwork preparation service.
Mesh can be washed, re-used and re-stretched with the longevity of print quality being the responsibility and care of the user. Please note that Print Clan will not accept responsibility for any tears to GOCCO mesh that happen during use, following our preparation/printing service.
