Print Clan is an inclusive screen printing studio that nurtures creativity in people at any ability. We accommodate social, design and fine art based projects by offering access to screen printing resources and training.

At Print Clan, keeping your data safe is important to us. This policy explains when and why we collect personal information, how we use it, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Using Our Website

Our website (www.printclan.co.uk) is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website, including:

·       Information about your browser, network and device

·       Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website

·       Your IP address

Squarespace needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyses the data in a de-personalised form.

Print Clan collects data (such as your name and email address) through contact and enquiry forms, when you purchase one of our products or services, and through mailing list subscription forms. The information is required to use certain features of www.printclan.co.uk and is transmitted voluntarily. Any other information we request is optional.

Booking Our Services

When you book our services at Print Clan we will use your email address to keep in touch with you about your booking. Occasionally we may use it to let you know about future opportunities that may be linked with what you have already booked. Let us know if that’s not okay by emailing us at hello@printclan.co.uk. 

 

Our Mailing List

When you sign up to our mailing list we use a third-party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver emails to you. We may gather statistics around email opening and clicks to help improve our emails in the future. For more information see Mailchimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to these at any time by clicking the link at the bottom the emails, or by emailing hello@printclan.co.uk and asking to be removed from the mailing list.

 

Storing of Data

Any online data we hold is solely stored on a cloud-based drive, in a secure password-protected database. Any paper-based data that we hold such as customer contracts are in secure storage, and only accessible by the Print Clan team. If you have not renewed your membership within one year of your renewal reminder we will safely destroy any personal information we have, including your customer contract.

 

Sharing of Data

We do not share or sell any of your details with any third parties, other than as stated in this policy.

 

Access to Information

You are entitled to access the data we have on you under current Data Protection guidelines. You can also report inaccuracies or request to have your data deleted from our database. You can do this by emailing your request to hello@printclan.co.uk
